职位描述：
负责集团公司的招聘和培训工作，对招聘培训团队进行管理、对全国各地招聘培训工作进行管理、组织、协调和配合。
2、依据公司的年度战略规划和各部门的人员需求，进行招聘需求调研，进行月度招聘工作分解；依据公司的年度战略规划和各部门的人员需求，进行培训需求调研，进行培训的开发、组织和管理工作；
3、负责建立公司招聘渠道和后备人才库，统筹和管理招聘工具、招聘渠道资源和人才库资源的使用；
4、负责公司薪资、福利设计，设计薪资奖金的激励制度。调查当年年度岗位市场平均工资，根据平均工资来调整工资的涨幅度。
5、熟悉人事管理六大模块，根据企业文化设计相应的人事六大模块内容。
6、熟悉用工风险，并能处理，解决一些仲裁的上庭案件。 举报 分享
