岗位职责：
1.负责订单制作与录入、催款、发货安排与跟踪，以及开票申请
2.系统数据更新及维护，销售数据统计，客户动态及时反馈
3.客户维护，处理客户投诉与索赔
4.协助销售与各部门沟通协调，处理各类突发情况
任职要求：
1.本科或以上学历，两年以上客服工作经验
2.英文水平：读写能力良好，听说能力良好
3.熟练运用办公软件：WORD, EXCEL, ERP或SAP
4.对待工作积极主动，做事认真严谨，有团队协作精神
