State Occupational Qualification Certificates of Fitter: Primary class(5th class) or above is a plus
About 3-5 years related experience in manufacturing industry and also the experience in welding

Daily operation
Know well about the assembly process and ensure proper use all assembly tools and equipments.
Understand well the mechanical drawings and conduct proper assembly skillfully according to the drawings.
Be proficient in the use of electric welding machine for spot welding.
Conduct shape-correction treatment after welding according to the drawings until the product meets the quality requirements.
Be responsible for supervise and instruct to complete the assembly activities after painting and finish packing according to the company standards and contract requirements.
Implement proper daily maintenance of the tools and equipments; keep the work wear and workplace clean.
Ensure that the assigned tasks will be completed timely based on company policy, quality standard and annual cost target.
Team management
Arrange and instruct the assembly activities reasonably according to the production plan. Be responsible for the production quality and cost control.
Supervise the team members to properly fill in the time sheet on time as required and take relevant responsibility accordingly.
Be responsible for the training of new staff in the group such as training for production techniques, usage of tools and equipments.
Comply strictly with the rules and regulations of the company as well as the employee handbook, and also be responsible for the implementation of subordinates.
Be responsible for the production safety of the group. Register and report the work-related injuries and damage of the machine
within the group in time, analyze the cause of the accident, propose improvement suggestion and implement the improvement measures conscientiously.
Cooperation with all departments
Cooperate closely with all departments to achieve the company target.
