职位描述：
Responsibilities
? Provide facilities’ related services, on-schedule check and design services to production and maintenance at NYU Shanghai academic building(s) and students’ residential buildings.
? Conforms to all laws, policies and practices of safety in the workplace. Provides for cleanliness in the assigned work area.
? Develops a system for dealing with emergency repair problems. Establishes and recommends priorities on repair projects.
? Examines facility on a regular basis to insure compliance with energy conservation directives. Establishes and recommends a maintenance schedule for all equipment.
? Will be the on-site person to whom staff and faculty come when they have issues that require maintenance resources.
? Support the Campus & Facilities Team in managing new construction and decoration project, and university move.
Qualification
Required Education:
? Bachelor Degree or above, with knowledge of construction preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
? Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
? Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
? Has passion to seek long-term career in campus and student life.
? Fluent in English and Chinese.
? Practical, collaborative, problem solver.
