工作职责：

？ 机械技术员/助理工程师根据作业指导书负责自动化设备和机械装置的组装和总装调试；

？ 针对生产中出现的任何问题进行技术分析查找根源；通过数据收集和零件评估为工程装配工作提供技术支持；

？ 改善并维持高水平装配技巧，并对产品、工艺的品质和生产效率的持续改进提出合理化建议；

？ 参与多种技能的培训，熟练后能对新加入的技术员提供岗位培训；

？ 执行上级交给的其他各项任务。

要求：

？ 中专/大专以上，机械制造、机电一体化或其它机械工程相关专业；

？ 具有两年以上亲自动手的实际相关工作经验，若有自动化设备装配经验更佳；

？ 对机械标准零件有基本的了解，如：直线导轨、轴承、气动元件、同步轮和同步皮带、滚珠丝杠和联轴器等；

？ 若对电气元件或控制系统如：伺服马达/步进马达、驱动器、传感器和其电路走线具有基本了解更佳；

？ 懂微软办公软件，懂机械制图，若会使用2D/3D绘图工具更佳，如：AutoCAD, Solid Edge, Solid Work；

？ 可读懂基本的英文图纸及英文文件，英文熟练者更佳；

？ 能独立工作、承受工作压力，工作中能主动灵活；

？ 具有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。

Santec is a Singapore based company with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, and China, with affiliation operations in Vietnam and Indonesia. We specialize in prototyping, tool & die fabrication, and precision metal stamping production. Our China subsidiary, Santec Precision (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, was established in 2002 and located in Malu town, Jiading district of Shanghai. It is now 80 people strong and growing. Santec in Shanghai currently export 60% to overseas market, mainly to USA & SE Asia. The major market sectors we served are telecommunication, computer peripherals, and point of sales.
