职位描述
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Own and develop optimized China HFO operation process (including sales coverage model, sales process, people management, CRM, etc.) based on global principles and framework with necessary local adaption and innovation.
Evolve and standardize HFO management process and tools in terms of recruitment/ termination process, business plan and performance review, capability assessment, and distributor related brand activities.
Support distributor network consolidation and HFO improvements activity, take part in the process via closely working with the field force and relevant teams of supporting functions to set up the role models of China HFO operation, provide recommendations for duplication of best practice.
Develop distributor sales competence programs with the effective and efficient organization of the internal and external resources. According to the sales plan, arrange and deliver HFO sales training schedule regarding the product knowledge, selling skills and business management skills.
Develop distributor HCRM (HFO CRM) system, assess software conformity, make analysis to distributor performance and cost & value chain model to provide proposals to management on improvement plan.
Guide and monitor the operation of HAA customer call centre.
Manage the organization of HAA dealer's meeting and other sales relate business meetings.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises employees in the areas of responsibility. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business management, Marketing, or Engineering.
5+ years experience of channel sales and distributor management in industrial products sector businesses.
Experiences of distributor information system and CRM.
Experiences of people management, training, coaching and cross-functional work.
Sound understanding to finance, logistics and other business operation functions.
Working in USA or multinational companies is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Excellent computer skills (Access, Excel, PPT)
Strong sales and/ or marketing acumen
Good communication skills: pres enting, facilitating discussions.
Good coaching skills
Ability to handle and lead cross functional team for project implementations
