职位描述
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
·Develop and maintain HFO distributor network in assigned territory, achieve sales target (units, revenue, product mix and gross margin) quarterly and annually
·Search and make proposal to establish new HFOs in blank market and/ or remote area per the evaluation of business chance and the assessment of distributor candidate capabilities in accordance to the company policy and standards.
·Participate in providing monthly sales forecast by machine and core replacement/ repair parts and by distributors.
·Visit and cultivate relationship with distributors and end customers to achieve overall sales and marketing objectives.
·Aggressively implement sales promotion / programs to generate sales.
·Conduct training of product knowledge, and selling skills to HFO sales and operation force to continuously improve their competence.
· Recommend improvement in all company sales and distribution policies or procedures, which will improve partnership with distributor and increase sales.
· Assist Product Manager to conduct market research and analysis regarding new product potential, field population, and pricing and competition activities.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises employees in the areas of responsibility. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
University graduate in business or engineering
At least five years solid experience in distribution sales business in multinational companies. The experiences in CNC machine or related industries will be a plus
Ability to work independently, willing to travel frequently
Self-motivated and team worker
Result and action oriented individual
Self aware and quick learner
Knowledge and Skills (general and technical)
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Skills in MS Excel, Word, PPT, Internet
· Good command of English and Mandarin
