职位描述
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
·Clearly understand company strategy, business plan, and communication plan/policies/guidelines
·Develop and implement various promotional initiatives and finish relevant evaluation report. Closely liaise with the product manager, field sales force and HFO excellence team to ensure the support and local execution for marketing campaigns.
·Develop standards and formats of HFO visibility programs for each participated channel and segment, guarantee the quality of merchandising and display in high level of premium to accord with the brand images and guidelines. Push for the excellence in execution of field sales force and distributors.
·Event organizing /supporting/coordinating: Trade show, exhibition, seminar, ceremony and internal staff meeting and training.
·Provide strong support on news/press generation, PR activities, and content planning for communication vehicles such as internet, Intranet and on-going communications channels, including production of printing materials, videos and other multimedia programming.
·Manage vendors and advertising agencies; ensure the correct operation of brand ID.
·Be responsible for the control and monitoring of HAA overall marketing budget through planning, execution, and assessment of the activities, initiatives, and results.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· University degree in marketing/ communication or business management.
· 8~10 years working experience with 5+ years experience in communication. Machine tools or related industry experiences would be a plus.
· Advanced project management experiences to work successfully under pressure
· Well organized and planning.
· Good communication skill.
· Preferably worked in multinational environment.

· Excellent command of oral and written English expert high +
· Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in collaboration, facilitation, & team building; expert medium +
