Job Responsibilities:
岗位职责:

1. As a team leader to control new project product development including relevant training.
     作为新项目领导者来管控新产品开发项目，包括相关的培训工作；

2. Design and implement experimental facilities to develop related test methods.
     设计与实施实验性设备，制定相关的测试方法；

3. Responsible for solving the technical problems of experimental testing.
     负责解决测试过程中的技术问题；

4. Manage the day-to-day communication with other departments to drive improvements
     in product’s technology.
     处理部门之间的日常沟通，以推进产品技术的革新；

5. To support Sales team to provide technical service and product training to distributor
     and end users.
     协助销售团队为经销商及最终用户提供技术支持及产品培训；

6. Cooperate with the Marketing and Service teams to optimize the product in order to
     match the market’s needs.
     与市场及售后团队合作，优化产品以满足市场需求；

7. To arrange and coach the subordinate’s task, to share individual experiences and
     knowledge to help them.
     安排与指导下属的工作，通过分享个人的经验与知识来帮助部门成员。

Qualifications:
任职资格:

1. Bachelor Engineering degree or higher with a major in Refrigeration Engineering
     preferred.
     理工科本科及以上学历，制冷工程专业优先考虑；

2. 8+ years working experiences in the Refrigeration or Air Conditioning industry with 3
     years in managerial level. Experience in commercial foodservice equipment preferred.
     八年以上制冷或空调行业相关工作经验，其中三年为管理级别。
     拥有商用餐饮设备行业经验者优先考虑；

3. Familiar with refrigeration systems, facility testing requirements.
     熟悉制冷系统、设备的测试要求；
  
4. A good sense of a factory organization and requirements.
     熟悉并了解工厂的组织架构与要求；

5. Strong leadership skills to manage, coach, motivate and supervise
     employees, eager to help team members by action.
     拥有强大的领导力来管理、指导、激励及监督员工，渴望以实际行动来帮助团队成员；

6. Works independently and effectively, to display sound decision-making and problem
     solving.
     善于独立有效地工作，较好的决策与解决问题的能力；

7. Good English (both written and spoken) and superior communication ability.
     良好的英语及沟通交流能力。
