职位描述：
Main Purpose of the Job:
The successful incumbent should be responsible for leading general accounting and financial reporting and consolidating financial data for China region. Also serves as a liaison with other ALPLA plants worldwide to ensure coordination of all accounting activities.

Main Responsibilities:

? Lead general accounting and financial reporting of Competence Center, ensure all closing procedures are completed and properly documented, and all financial data are timely and correctly prepared;
? Review financial reports of the plants, and prepare consolidated financial reports for China region;
? Verify tax calculation of all China entities to ensure compliance with tax regulations, and cooperate with plant finance managers to resolve tax related issues;
? Manage capital expenditure for China region, assign capex number and track spending;
? Coordinate with ALPLA plants in other regions for inter-company reconciliation, and prepare financial information required by corporate finance
? Work as key user in new accounting system implementation project of China, design process maps, prepare user manual and arrange end user training;
? Support Regional Finance Manager to develop and implement standard operating procedures;
? Support Regional Finance Manager to manage cash and coordinate bank related issues;
? Coordinate internal and external auditing;
? Other ad hoc tasks.


Education/Experience:
? University degree with major in accounting or relevant major in finance or economics;
? More than 6 years working experience with a Minimum of 3 years experience in an audit firm or a multinational company;

Qualifications/Skills:

? Good command of accounting principles and local regulations, e.g. tax law, company law;
? Detailed and practical knowledge of financial accounting / reporting;
? Strong analytical skills in manufacturing business;
? Good knowledge in accounting system and excellent excel skill;
? Ability to work independently and under pressure;
? Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English. 举报 分享
