职位描述：

Job Description:

1.Collect, analyze and solve the quality problems related to part and module issue with production, quality,purchasing and customers.

2.Manage the tag system and coordinate the related department to solve the issues of quality problems in the system.

3.Analyze the CoPQ(cost of poor quality)happened in production departments, and organize the analysis and improvement meeting related.

4.Lead the continual improvement projects assigned by quality manager.

5.Audit the quality of assembly and follow up the CAPA(corrective actions and preventive actions)of quality problems which defined or happened.

6.Coach and train the staff quality tools and improve the awareness of quality concepts in production.

7.Suggest the improving oppotunities of processes and procedures of procuction to management teams.

8.Report the quality status and problems happened in productions.

Basic Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical,Manufacturing Engineering or relevant majors.

2.Minimum 5 years'experience of quality engineer or Machanical Engineer in a equipment or machinery factory envionment.

3.Good technical background and proficient knowledge on machinery assembly and mechanical parts manufacturing process.

4.Good communication skills ,team working spirit and customer focus spirit.

5.Srong working knowledge in Quality system ISO9001,proficient knowledge of quality tools such as 8D,PPAP,APQP.

6.Proficient knowledge of MS office software(especially MS Excel,Powerpoint).

7.Fluent oral and written English and Mandarin.
