We are currently seeking employees for our international companies and locations of the Körber Group

Junior Professionals for our International Finance Program


Task:

The Körber International Finance Program offers qualified and talented junior professionals in the areas of finance and controlling the chance to expand and enhance their skills and experience in an every-changing international business environment. We are offering open-ended employment contracts and attractive conditions. At our international locations, you will complete up to three assignments of 12-24 months each, which fit to your level of experience, education and areas in which you need further development.

You will be given responsibility from the start and will be immediately integrated as a team member in our company.You will work in areas such as Operative and Strategic Controlling, Accounting & Bookkeeping, Finance and Treasuryor Tax.

A training program that is tailor-made for you as well as challenging projects will be the basis for your professional development and will give you optimum preparation for your future responsibilities. Additionally, a personal mentor will be assigned to you and will support you during the entire program with both your daily challenges and the long-term planning of your career at the Körber Group.

Qualifications:

? Master's degree with above average grades in management, or a similar course of studies with a focus on finances or controlling.
? Relevant professional experience from internships or initial employment experience
? At least 6 months experience of studying or working in a foreign country
? Fluent proficiency in English as well as additional foreign languages such asGerman, Portuguese or Chinese are an advantage
? Willingness to move to a different country for each assignment and, if necessary, to learn the language
? Good analytical and methodological skills, results-oriented and individual initiative
? Experience working in teams and on projects
? Strong communication skills and well-developed ability to integrate with others
? Willingness to go on business trips
