职位描述：
行政前台：
岗位职责 ：
1、负责接听、转接电话；
2、负责前台日常工作，包括收发文档、电子邮件、传真、报刊、转接来电、订购机票、火车票等；
3、负责分公司复印机、打印机、传真机等办公设施的管理和维护；
4、负责各部门交办的材料打印、复印，对重要文件做好保密；
5、负责联络各类办公用品的采购并做好统计、登记、发放工作；
6、协助处理领导的工作文件及其他文字材料，并做好整理归档工作；
7、每天样品间样品的清洁
8、负责处理前台临时性工作，如通知安排面试等。

岗位要求：
1. 大专或以上学历，专业不限
2. 熟练运用电脑及OFFICE软件
3. 工作仔细勤快，责任心强，团队合作佳
