Job description:
1. Perform cargo reservation
2. Communicate with agents to grab every opportunity to fill up the outbound space
3. Provide excellent customer service (track, trace, etc)
4. Ongoing communication with customer to collect market information
5. Maintain good business relationship with customers and monitor their performance
6. Answer internal and external enquires
7. Prepare reports assigned by manager
8. Cargo revenue management
9. Monitor ULD control

Qualification requirements:
1. University degree
2. Good English in both spoken and written (CET-6 or above)
3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills
4. Computer skills, knowledge of MS Office
5. Willing to work on shift (require to work on Saturday or during holiday sometimes)
6. Related working experience in cargo airline with knowledge of reservations is a plus but fresh graduates are also welcome 举报 分享
