职位描述:
1. Sales Support
? Contract management: record contract or PO, obtain chop from the outsourced agency, send contract to customers, and file contract in comply with corporate requirements.
? Invoice and Account Receivable (AR) management: ensure invoice accuracy by validating with AEs and or matching with customer POs, issue invoice to customers, update sales register and AR, and assist Staff Accountant and AEs to collect AR in a timely manner.
? Assist in placing, bookkeeping, track orders.
? Cash flow weekly update

2. Procurement & Supplier Management:
? Process NDA and contract for each supplier; record supplier contract or PO and obtain chops from the outsourced agency.
? Receive and file supplier invoices; match invoices with PO records, assist Staff Accountant in certifying supplier invoices with Tax bureau for VAT optimization, request and arrangement payments according to predetermined payment terms.
? Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
? Purchase office supplies and employee onboard equipment.

3. HR
? Job posting and interview coordination.
? On board: TIG set up form, FESCO form and materials, employment contract and handbook sign off, work with FESCO to confirm and record salary and benefits.
? Off board: TIG separation from and necessary legal agreement sign off, update FESCO form and materials.
? Monthly update TIG personal and compensation information,PTO update

4. Admin
? Provide administrative support in Shanghai office including coordinating office activities, overseeing office supply purchase, and maintenance, etc.
? Maintain day-to-day back office operation support and establish processes and procedures.
? Update business license and coordinate annual government inspection.
? Assist in tracking budgets and expenses management per corporate policy; work with Staff Accountant to arrange payment.
? Prepare documents and coordinate signatures and chops for line of credit, bank facility, facility roll over, and payback.
? Serve as a liaison to Company’s USA back-office management and China staff

? Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
? Organized, with good attention to detail
? General understanding of budget and accounting processes
? Excellent written and oral English
