职位描述：
Essential Requirements:
? Minimum Bachelor’s degree majored in electric or electromechanical.
? At least three years’ experience in automotive business and technical sales in electric engineering with performance to “automotive” powertrain applications.
? Technical knowledge of hybrid or PE vehicles is preferred.
? Good commercial capabilities and business attitude (able to understand sales aspects like quotes, reply to RFQ, lead time, etc.).
? Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and IAFT/TS16949 is necessary; knowledge of IRIS would be advantageous.
? Fluent in English and Chinese, experienced in MS Office.

Main Tasks:
? Coordinate customer enquiries and projects at a technical level within H+S to reach customer requirements.
? Provide technical solution and information on new products and projects.
? Coordinate with global application engineering team when required.
? Visit customers to establish relationship and advise customer with improvements based on cable and connectivity solutions.
? Analyse customer complains when required according to GMS process.
? Seek new sales opportunities with new and existing customers to achieve sales targets and budgets as agreed with management.
? Ensure GMS and IAFT/TS16949 (and IRIS) process are followed and collaborate with continual improvement programs.
? Support process engineering teams in translating DFMEA results to PFMEA input.
? Support quality assurance in preparing and communicating engineering change requests in the events of customer, process or supplier drive change proposal..
? Provide other services and duties as directed by management discretion. 举报 分享
