1、掌握市场动态，负责制定公司的市场总体计划、年度计划
2、制定并执行符合公司要求的营销策略及方案，并有效分配和控制预算费用
3、进行收集行业内相关的国内外的市场数据，并进行调研和分析，定期进行市场预测及情报分析，为公司决策提供依据
4、开发、拓展公司合作网点、洽谈网点定位及具体实施
5、负责制定产品推广计划，包括确认产品概念、产品定位、品牌建设、目标消费者设定，开发产品利益点，推广计划、上市促销 活动等计划。
6、年度广告传媒、网络等广告传播方案的策划与执行
7、完成上级领导交给的其他事务性工作
任职资格：
1、本科及其以上学历，2-3年以上市场拓展、销售、商务等相关工作经验。任职过市场经理及市场总监者优先考虑
2、有过海外生活、工作经历，了解中西方文化者优先考虑
3、乐于了解和构建健康生活
4、需掌握熟练的中英文听说读写能力
5、具备丰富的营销活动、传媒等经验，能独立完成推广策划方案以及实施的能力
6、有较强的市场感知能力、敏锐把握市场动态。市场方向的能力
7、具备比较强的分析总结能力，运用专业工具，数据模型进行数据分析报告的能力
8、事业导向，有较好的积极主动性并能承担较大压力。
9、细节导向，有较好的时间管理和优先次序处理能力

Lizzy’s All Natural was founded by Lizzy, an American Holistic Health Coach in 2014. We sell superfood smoothies, and a whole menu of raw , fresh and vegetarian . We aim to be leaders in the Shanghai wellness movement by making the best quality health foods available and by sharing education and information with the community. Lizzy's All Natural is a business built on love and passion for creating positive change around food and health in China.
We will have 3 total shops in Jing’an and 1 in Xuhui.We are currently opening up our 4th Smoothie Bars. In 2017 we will open 1-2 more shops in Puxi. We are a growing company and looking for team members who are committed to growing with us.
