职责描述：
1、了解涉外房产租赁市场供需动向，开拓涉外房产租赁企业客户；
2、与各大企业客户建立良好关系并进行有效维护；
3、多方位拓展公共销售渠道，参与网站建设，对外媒体广告宣传；
4、参与公司内外宣传材料制作，市场活动策划、执行，提高企业对外形象；
5、辅助和建设销售团队。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，专业英语背景，英文听、说、读、写能力强；
2、性格外向，形象气质佳，善于商务公关谈判，有极强的开拓精神；
3、具备一定的策划、文案撰写能力，团队组织能力强；
3、两年以上市场推广或市场营销策划经验，有本行业经验者优先考虑。
