职位描述：
总经理高级助理职位描述（请应聘者详细理解该职位要求，达不到要求者勿扰！）
工作职责：
1. 有熟练的英文听说读写能力，在工作中需与外籍人士顺畅沟通；
2. 协助总经理及时了解与分析国内外肉类产品行情与价格，参与制定采购计划；
3. 参与开发、评审、管理、维护相应的供应商；
4. 协助总经理开发、跟进加工厂客户的业务，包括洽谈生意、维护客户；
5. 协助总经理参与公司业务的管理，包括公司客户及供应商信息的录入及维护、销售及采购团队的业绩考核、定期进行客户/供应商回访（书面或电话）并反馈给总经理，对不足之处提出建议并作出改进；
6. 负责总经理的相关文书工作，包括合同、公司制度等等的草拟与完善；
7. 协助总经理处理公司各部门管理工作，包括行政、人事、公共事务等；
8. 负责公司证照的管理更新，公司图章及证照的日常使用、登记、维护工作；

任职资格：
1. 学历本科及以上，有两年以上采购工作经验，食品行业从优；
2. 英语流畅，涉外沟通、文书均无障碍；会西班牙语或葡萄牙语者优先；
3. 熟悉采购流程，良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和成本意识、价格分析能力、预测能力、有较强的判断与决策能力；
4. 对工作认真负责，执行力强！发现问题、解决问题的能力的强！
5. 具有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力及出色的人际交往和社会活动能力；
6. 熟练使用OFFICE办公软件，电脑操作熟练；
