Position: Sales Assistant

1.In general, all candidates should have following qualifications.

a)Education: 学历大专以上, no other limit (but college graduate prefered, majored in business, management or marketing)
b)Language proficiency: good command of written business English, and fluent spoken English, minimum CET 4.
c)Skills and ability: MS-Office software, IE and outlook express
d)Team Spirit: Be able to work not only independently, but also with good coordination with other team members
e)Self-motivated, assertive, optimistic, creative, and with strong sense of responsibilities,
f)Gender and residence: Gentleman or Lady, Pudong resident preferred（我公司地址位于浦东耀华路长清路交界处，地铁七号线可直达）
g)Prior working experience:
preferred to be good at export logistics,
experienced in arranging shipping documents,
some knowledge of light industrial products (preferably in seasonal decoration and gift items);
h) self-planned to develop further to be a export saleswoman or salesman;
i}good health

2.Position elements:
a)close co-work with sales team leader
b)arrange inquiries and offers, make sales confirmations, daily correspondence, monitor production and shipment schedule,
c)deal with various samples, for example, unpacking and packing, photo-shooting, attending Canton Fair and other Fairs, managing showroom display
d)arrange shipment, track container loading and delivery, make various shipping documents, and present documents to bank.
e)can take frequent business trips to production area, like Shandong province, Zhejiang province, Fujian Province, Guangdong Province and so on. Especially, during April and October, it is required to travel to other provinces for one month. (Remarks: for any candidate, who cannot travel to other provinces, please donot apply for this job.)
f)contracted employment period: minimum 2 years plus probation period 3 months, and a penalty of RMB9000 will be executed for non-implementation.
