Job Objectives:
? Lead cross functional team (CFT) to deliver SCS EBC460 VSCi BMW G38/G08 project launch on time against budget within the project scope. Ensure that these teams achieve all customer and company requirements for (new or changed products) programs including quality, cost, delivery, product performance and customer satisfaction- ＂seamless launch＂

Main Responsibilities:
? Develops project (customer programs & industrialization) plans, schedules and budgets by integrating functional activity plans supporting new product launches
? Establishes the project launch budget and manages plant expenditures, customer funding and capital expenditures
? Establishes project launch schedules and defines plant CFT resources requirements based upon satisfying customer launch schedules
? Provides regular reports on project status and issues
? Ensure the advanced product quality planning (APQP) process is established, documented, implemented and followed according to QS-9000/TS16949 procedure
? Manager programs in accordance with TRW new product introduction management system requirements (GDPIM)
? Serve as the expert in customer launch systems including timing, documentation and interaction
? Ensure the team develops/finalizes special characteristics, design reviews FMEA, establish actions to reduce potential failure modes, develop and/or reviews control plans and communicate variance to plan early so issues can be addressed
? Manage product launches for products both supplied out of other TRW locations for sale in Asia, or products designed by TRW and introduced to local manufacturers
? Maintain good communication within the company, customer and suppliers Maintain program cost reporting against budget.
? Acts as central point of communication with the design centers, sales, program, purchase etc, to coordinates all plant activities supporting new product launches including pre-production and production launch, project tooling/capital, installation, acceptance and customer funding
? Comply with and support the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures

MAIN REQUIREMENTS & KEY COMPETENCIES:
? Mature and responsible leader with the ability to both work in teams as well as to lead, drive and motivate teams.
? Assess priorities and critical path to enable successful product launches with available resource through risk and conflict management ability
? A disciplined approach to project launch management at plant with a minimum of 5 years experience.
? Previous knowledge of braking, mechanical related assembly or machining products and manufacturing technologies preferred
? Prior experience in customer interface at multiple levels and in multiple disciplines preferred
? Experience with supporting PFMEA and control plans.
? Strong project management skills
? Familiarity with personal computing software (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, Visio, MS Project, MS PowerPoint.)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
? Educational: Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.
? Experience: At least 5 years related experience in industry (Automotive background an advantage).
