职位描述：
1、负责进出口相关单证(如合同，发票，装箱单，原产地证等)的制作、管理及信用证审核；
2、收集和整理各种单证，完成送货单、订单、提单核对等对单据的各项处理，并进行基础数据录入和归档；
3、跟踪每票货物的送货情况，统计核对相关数据；
4、及时准确与货代公司联系装箱，送仓工作；
5、在整个过程中，完成与业务员、跟单员以及客户、货代各方面的协调沟通工作；
6、协助参与收付汇，外汇核销以及退税的跟踪。
工作要求：
1.大专以上学历，一年以上外贸及跟单相关工作经验；
2.英语四级以上，具有良好的英语听说读写能力，熟练运用各种办公软件；
3.熟悉贸易进出口流程，能独立处理和解决所负责的工作，有外贸业务经验者优先；
4.具有较好的沟通、协调及执行能力，工作踏实认真，应对快捷敏锐，责任心强
