Our client is a leading mobile game / app development company seeking an experienced and senior Strategic Business Director to oversee corporate and business development efforts for the company’s continued growth and expansion in China and global. This position is based in Hong Kong,Shenzhen, and Los Angeles (USA).

The Strategic Business Director is principally responsible for supporting company's mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and strategic partnership activities. To accomplish the task, the Director leads the transaction process as well as post-transaction integration, and manages the direct working and communication with internal cross-functional teams (including Finance, Technology, Operation and etc.) and external professional service teams (including Advisory, Auditing, Tax, Legal and etc.) to understand, implement and facilitate different strategic projects/transactions.
战略经营总监将主要负责支持公司的兼并与收购、资本投资以及和战略合作相关活动。为完成上述目标，战略经营总监将牵头负责相关交易流程及交易后公司整合，并管理所有与内部跨职能团队（包括财务、技术、运营等多部门）以及外部专业服务团队（包括顾问、审计、税务、法律等机构）的直接工作与沟通流程，以了解、实施和促进不同的战略项目/交易。

RESPONSIBILITIES /具体职责:

？ Monitor the up-to-date developments in mobile game industry, including competitor movements, consumer trends, and general marketplace conditions that impact company performance and industry landscape.
关注与追踪移动游戏产业的最新发展，包括竞争对手动向、消费用户趋势、与整体市场条件等可影响 公司业绩及行业格局的各项行业动态。
？ Supervise and manage document preparation including detailed competitive, market trend, economic and financial analysis and ensure that the senior management is fully informed on the relevant facts and the strategic implications to better form the company strategic decision-making.
监督与管理关键文件的准备，包括详细的行业研究如竞争分析与市场趋势，以及经济与财务分析， 确保高级管理层对上述研究事实及其战略意义完全知情，以便更好地形成公司战略决策。
？ Develop multiple financial models based on monthly financial statements to continuously analyze operating financial results, assist in the development of long-range financial plans, and provide quantitative basis for feasibility study related to new product development, new opportunities, capital investments, acquisition / joint venture opportunities, and cost and benefits analysis.
基于月度财务数据建立多种财务模型，持续分析经营财务表现、协助长期财务计划开发及实行、并为新产品开发、新商业合作机会、资本投资、并购/合资机会相关的可行性分析与盈利预测分析提供财务量化研究支持。
？ Align internal thinking with different strategic opportunities and facilitate required document flow (including internal/investor presentation, financial and valuation analysis, business and strategy plan) and manage the execution process with all cross-functional groups within company
根据不同的战略机遇引导公司内部团队战略思维；推动公司不同职能部门提供信息、准备所需文件（包括内部/投资者陈述报告、财务与估值分析、业务及战略计划等）并管理执行过程。
？ Lead due diligence and coordinate communications between the company and related parties, including assisting in all bilingual communications and document process with potential targets or investors, business and strategic partners, third-party professional services, and others.
牵头负责尽职调查工作并协调公司内部与其他相关方的所有沟通，包括协助完成与潜在收购/投资目标或投资方、商业及战略合作伙伴、第三方专业服务机构等各方的双语沟通及文书工作。

BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE/岗位要求：

？ 8+ years experience of the following: financial analysis, market analysis, strategy analysis, client management, and project management
     8年以上从事财务分析、市场研究、战略分析、客户及项目管理相关经验
？ Director role in investment banking and/or management consulting experience with focus on mobile game industry highly preferred
     曾任投资银行或管理咨询公司总监及以上职位并具备移动游戏行业背景工作经验者优先
？ Experience creating and analyzing M&A processes for a wide variety of transactions, including public-public, public-private, and cross-border transactions
     具备深厚的投资并购相关经验，包括公开市场、私募市场及跨境交易等多种类型
？ Experience developing detailed analysis, presentations and support materials to successfully implement projects, strategy and/or change initiatives
在成功实施项目、战略和/或调整计划方面执行经验丰富，可熟练制定详细的分析、演示及相关支持材料
？ Strong interpersonal skills and high-level negotiation skills
