职责描述：质检部经理应确保产品符合本公司所制定的质量标准以及国际质量标准。
Quality Control Manager job purpose: QC manager makes sure that products meet standards set by the company and adhere to any required international quality standards.

Quality Control Manager:
? Plans, coordinates, and directs quality control program designed to ensure the quality of products consistent with established standards.
计划、协调并指导质量控制体系以确保产品质量符合所设定的标准；
? Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and procedures in cooperation with company product managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
同公司业务经理共同合作制定和维护质量控制目标和程序以保证产品性能最大化以及成本最小化；
? Maintains quality inspection schedule and regularly visits factories with inspection and testing purposes
安排验货日程并定期到工厂验货以及测试产品；
? Directs, and personally participates in on-site inspections and testing activities to ensure continuous control over products, materials, facilities.
指导并亲自到工厂对产品进行检测和测试以确保对产品、材料和设备的监控保持连续性；
? Provides regular inspection and testing reports to the Senior Product Manager and product managers in overseas headquarters
定期向上级业务经理和海外业务经理提供产品验货报告和测试报告；
? Cooperates with external laboratories for quality testing and certification
配合外属实验室进行产品质量检测和认证；
? Ensures that the products are properly handled and loaded in shipping containers
确保产品正确处理并装箱；
? Directs re-inspections of re-worked products
对返工产品重新验货；
? Participates in business trips of overseas personnel throughout factories
陪同海外人员到中国工厂出差；
? Investigates and adjusts headquarters and customer complaints regarding quality.
调查和处理总部与客户对产品的质量投诉
职位技能要求：具备一定的低电压设备知识（小型断路器、塑壳断路器、漏电断路器、漏电电流动作断路器、接触器、UPS、驱动、熔断片、相位控制继电器等）或者CFL及LED灯方面的知识（灯、LED显示屏、LED灯带等）或者线路配件方面的知识（开关、插座、适配器等）具备测试样品或亲自指导测试的能力；具备理解和分析测试报告的能力；具备产品逆向工程分析能力；懂得质量保障体系、进程、文档和报告等方面的知识；具备电力设备国际质量标准方面的知识；良好的沟通能力；具备在中国各地出差的能力；注重细节，掌控全局，可处理复杂局面；具备英文能力。
具备电气设备质量控制经历或电气工程师文凭将优先考虑；

Skills/Qualifications: Low voltage equipment knowledge (mcb, mccb, RCB, RCBO, Contactors, UPS, drivers, fuse links, phase control relays etc), OR CFL and LED lighting products knowledge (lamps, LED panels, LED strip etc), OR wiring accessories (switches and sockets, adapters).
Ability to test samples or personally supervise tests, ability to read, understand and analyze test reports, ability to analyze products by reverse engineering, knowledge of QA systems, processes, documentation, reporting. Knowledge of international standards for quality in electric equipment. Good communicative skills. Ability to travel extensively across China. Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Dealing with Complexity. Intermediary knowledge of English language.
Electric devices QC background or Electrotechnical Engineer degree will be preferred.
