外贸业务员

职位描述：

1. 要求本科及以上学历，具备较强的外语写作及口语能力，能与国外客户无障碍交流，熟练使用常用办公软件

2. 有外贸业务的基本知识；有市场营销的基本知识

3. 负责相关业务客户开发及跟踪与维护，及时做好客户服务工作。

4. 协助业务主管做好客户接待，资料准备，现场准备工作等。

5. 负责客人安排采购打样工作的整理、跟踪，提出可行性的客户开发与维护服务的建议。

6. 熟悉贸易进出口业务的操作流程及相关法律法规，熟练掌握海关报关报检工作程序；

7. 订单管理，物流协调，产品核对，货物跟踪，以及售后服务的展开，能熟练处理和解决突发事件

8、作好档案样品的管理工作。

1. 工作态度认真细心；守时；有创业精神, 以结果为导向

2. 5年以上相关贸易领域工作经验，***优先

3. 自信，有吃苦耐劳的精神，有强烈的责任心，做事踏实,不浮燥。

4. 乐观、豁达、具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够承受压力，善于学习新知识,适应高强度的工作。

International Trading Sales

Job Description:

1, College degree or above majoring in trading or English, fluent in English both in verbal and wirtten communication, Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, particularly Word, Exce, PPT, etc,

2, Good knowledge in international trading and marketing

3, be responsible for development of new customers and maintenance of clients.

4, Clients reception, do preparations on samples and projects.

5, be in charge of procurement, cargo tracking, make strategic proposition on customer maintenance and market development.

6, be familiar with the procedures of import and export businesses, be professional in cargo clearance and logistics management.

7, be responsible for new orders, coordination in various departments, cargo tracking and aftersales service. Handle urgent issues in cold and wise manner.

8, filing and sample management.

Qualification:

1,Positive working attitude, innovative, get things done.

2, more than 5 years of foreign trade sales working experience，female is preferred.

3, Be confident, hardworking, down to earth in wise mind with responsibility.

4,good communication skill and teamwork spirit, be good at learning new knowledge working under pressure.
