职位描述：
1. Support Procurement activities
- As supported by category manager, provide the data analysis, market survey and search new suppliers.
- Assist category manager in the negotiation, draft the contracts, T&C as agreed.
- Support category manager to follow up the initiatives and projects; report the progress & gap and chase the actions.
- Support category manager to prepare the annual budgets.

2. Document & File management
- Set up file management procedure; Update all the documents as required.
- Ensure all the contracts, quotations, process .. etc well kept.
- Support the preparation for BRC, HACCP …etc audits

3. Data Adm for MH FMG, JQ SAP and Data bridge
- As per procedure, input the data timely including the prices, payment term, supplier information …etc..
- Maintain the data in the system as required.

4. Office and department administration
- Manage office routine expenditure according to its budget ( water, stationery, air tickets, cleaning service, postage, utilities, shuttlebus, rental …etc). Manage the shuttle bus operation
- Ensure all the department costs within budget.
- Book air ticket and accommodations for team; Offer necessary support to team VISA process
- Arrange the team outing once per year. Support and coordinate team activities.
- Other department administration jobs as assigned.

5. Department reports and KPI
- Prepare period reports including all the KPI for the business
- Report department period costs
- Support department budgeting
- Any other documents and reports as needed

Qualification and Experience:
1. Degree (or Equivalent), at least two years experience
2. Familiar with MS office: Exel, Word and Power Point etc.
3. Good communication skills
4. Data collection and analysis
5. File and document management
