Overall Purpose:



  • Supporting Mixture Development functions in R&D/MDM by

    • All of necessary operation procedures for mixture preparation and physical property measurement.

    • Set and maintain the equipment for mixture preparation and characterization.

  • Perform the LC mixture development for internal and external projects with experiments and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Performing the experiments on internal and external customer request, focusing on Liquid Crystal Mixture preparation and physical property measurement.

  • Documentation and Reporting of all internal and external investigations.

  • Execute all laboratory functions and common works well.

  • Support smooth communication on technical issues internally if necessary.


Personality Attributes :

o Teamwork spirit, dislike individual playing



o Open minded in giving and taking recommendations, solutions, etc. to resp. from others



o Well communication with internal customer

Professional Attributes :

o Stability and loyalty is the key factor.



o Bachelor degree, major in scientific field such as chemistry, physics, chemical engineering or optical field.



o Working experience at least 1-3 years in R&D is a prerequisite (preferred) or just graduated from the school if really good and stable.



o To have LC(D) field working experience is positively plus.



o Good skill in Microsoft Office, particularly in Power Point is preferable.



o Good technical background and knowledge in at least one of the fields: chemistry, physics, chemical engineering or optical.



o Good presentation skills is plus.



o Language: Mandarin, English fluent, Korean is plus
