About Concise

The Role
We are looking for a smart, mature, and entrepreneurial figure to join our growing strategic consulting team in the project management role for data analytics work. The role gives you the opportunity to grow within an exciting, fun and fast moving environment. As part of the team, you will be reporting to Associate Directors responsible for the data analytics business and support in the project management to deliver a strong strategic insights and data capabilities for our MNC clients.

Key Responsibilities
? Analyze and manage data using SAS, SQL or other languages as required
? Develop analytical solutions through: Predictive statistical modeling, Customer profiling, Segmentation analysis, Data analysis and mining, External data enhancement, Econometric and financial analysis, etc.
? Evaluate and improve internal tools and processes
? Adapt statistical methods to deliver project insights / strategy
? Develop and test experimental designs, sampling techniques, and analytical methods
? Perform ad-hoc analysis of business situations, systems, issues, and problems
? Analyze marketing channels and explore new business opportunities
? Project management and client engagement
? Team management and development, including coaching and mentoring

Qualifications
? Master degree from top university in quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Operations Research, Engineering and etc.)
? English and Chinese proficiency
? Native Chinese or foreign nationalities with desire to live and work long term in China
? 4-6 years’ experience in a consultancy / financial services / or relevant client-side; BD experience is a plus
? Proficiency in delivering sharp, concise work with thoughtful insight through data mining, statistical modelling with expertise in using SAS, SQL, or R Programming
? Experience in business and marketing roles in corporate is a plus
? Analytical with problem-solving mentality
? Strong presentation and MS-office skills
? Entrepreneurial, roll up the sleeves attitude, great work ethic and team player
? Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
