Job title: Oral English Proficiency Tester

Job type: Part-time job.

Salary: 5000-10000/month

Job Responsibility:

1. Test member's oral English level online, the test questions will be provided by our company in advance. The test time is 10 minutes and the call will be recorded.

2. Give scores based on each assessment, such as pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, fluency, coherence, listening comprehension etc. Total score for each assessment is 10 points.

3. Make final assessment of members'English level (1-10) after the 10 minute online test.

4. Part-time job, test time flexible. The contracted testers will have at least 7 hours of testing work per week. The pay is 200CNY/hour, 300CNY/hour for those who join in our free offline events once a week, 10 minutes for each testee. If you have more spare time, there will be more test work for you.

5. Our company is estimated to have 50,000 members from Oct, 2016 to Dec, 2016, at which time there will be an additional influx of new members, so we are looking to employ a large number of testers.

Requirements:

1. Native English speakers or foreigners with equivalent English level.

2. Living in Shanghai is a must

3. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

4. Good communication skills.

5. Teaching or testing experience in China (to Chinese students) would be a plus.

6. TEFL, TESOL or equivalent certifications preferred.

7. SAT, SSAT, TOEFL IBT, LELTS, GRE, GMAT teaching experience preferred.

8. Personality- responsible, outgoing,enthusiastic,positive,confident.
