Personal Assistant to President 总裁私人助理
Reporting to: President of Thoughtful China
About the Role
Responsibilities
1. Supporting President’s daily work including contract management, expenses reimbursement and schedule arrangement, e.g. meeting arrangement, travel arrangement. Keep track of the work till it is done.
2. Prepare, organize the department meeting, keep and archive the meeting minutes and track the decision process.
3. Assisting President to coordinate department heads to drive cross functional projects and tasks to make sure on time delivery.
4. Assisting President for contract management, including contract draft, tracking, and process review.
5. Keeping effective internal and external communication.
6. Providing secretarial and administration support which includes reports generation, filing, and resource coordination etc.
7. Other tasks assigned by GM.
Requirements
1. A bachelor’s degree in law, business or a related filed with 1-2 years professional experience is required, additional courses in contract law, and business law are desirable. With overseas educational experience would be preferred.
2. Understanding of laws on contracts and approval process.
3. Fluent in English and Chinese.
a. Strong in Business English and Chinese writing.
b. Good listening skills and notes taking skill.
4. Good communication & interpersonal skills.
5. Independent to handle the job on timely manner.
6. Be meticulous, highly organized, a self-starter and with a ‘can-do’ attitude
7. Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, honest, comprehensive and pleasant.
8. With good Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills and should embrace technology.
