 Mission:

  

 

  

• Work closely with different functional teams on marketing projects for assigned customers to build up excellent marketing relationship and achieve the commercial goals
• Work closely with different functional teams to handle both reactive and proactive marketing projects to serve and develop existing and potential fragrance customers.
• Develop various specialized presentations, for external business needs or internal expertise building, including segment trends analysis, category newsletters, fragrance opportunities, new product and fragrance concept ideas, customer strategy analysis, etc.
• Support and work together with sensory analysis and consumer insights department on any research project involved fragrance marketing.
• Cooperate with global headquarter, regional marketing team colleagues to offer various marketing supports

  

Qualification:

  

• 3 years+ working experience in a marketing related position

• Analytical imagination (creative and logic balance), open-minded, capability to capture the ever changing trends of the society and the consumers, and new opportunities, and translate them into relevant concepts

• Passionate and olfactively sensitive about the fragrance

• Good knowledge of the FMCG market is a strong plus.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English

• Self-motivated and active team player.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Master of power points, skill of graphic design with aesthetic sense is a strong plus

• Bachelor degree or above
