职位描述：
工作职责：
Office support:
1) Schedule and coordinate for whole sales team (visitors, customer visits, vacation and other absence record).
2) Organize regular communication (submission of project lists, supporting of presentation, time schedule updates, preparation of sales meeting and meeting minutes).
3) Support customer visits (hotel & flight reservation); keep in touch with our customers and be able to achieve their satisfaction.
4) Anchor for incoming phone calls.
5) Filing safe, updating documentation and maintenance database of sales team.
6) Translation of documents, interpreting when necessary.

Sales support:
1) Project management support:
Preparing bidding document, as well as updating and filing for it.
2) Marketing support:
Mailings, secretarial support during exhibitions and symposium.
Other job assigned by the company according to the business requirements based on her knowledge.

经验要求：
Bachelor degree or above, major in Marketing, Admin, Mechanical Engineering or Foreign Language.
1 year above relevant working experience in multi-national company.
Strong sense of sales & marketing knowledge, able to communicate with customers to know their ideas and demands, to be creative, dynamic and proactive.
Good knowledge of data analysis ability.
Chinese language as a mother tongue, fluent English in spoken and written. German language will be a plus.
Good skill of computer operation, office software.
