1. Primary interface between customer and supplier for new project launching, new sample verification.
2. Review customer specs with vendor for samples making and submission.
3. Resolve all samples engineering issue, especially in printing and packaging,
4. Work out FAI/PAI for customer approve before mass production launch.
5. Work with SQE, Sourcing team and other function team to improve supplier sample making processing, to meet FAI / NPI requirements
6. Develop suppliers to understand customer expectations accurately to improve NPI overall execution
7. Strengthen and improve NPI process, work closely with other function team to meet cost saving requirement.
8. Be the core team to understand customer requirements, perform daily responsibilities as directed by the NPI supervisor.
9. Support other team members as needed.
