职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
- Take care of the existing dealer network in China in accordance with the company strategy and acquiring new dealers
- Present products and introduce new items to local sales partners regularly, get involved in sales and take care of customers relationship
- Prepare and implement strategies to work with existing dealers to reach the sales targets incl. exploration of new customers
- Be responsible for achieving sales targets of the Chinese market
- Plan and arrange the disposition of new showrooms with up-to-date POS elements, keep updating and taking care of the presentation area in stores
- Provide product training to local sales partners regularly, create training concepts, organize training seminars for salesclerks
- Organize important national exhibition in cooperation with dealers, participate actively in national and international exhibitions (Cologne, Milan) and reach the pre-set targets of the exhibitions
- Create plans for the activities of dealers, organize events with local partners to increase the brand awareness
Basic Requirements:
- Age 27-45, based in Shanghai, Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' sales experience in furniture industry or interiors, preferably in high-end market
- Proven experience of distributor selection and management
- Good command of oral/written English and/or German
- Brand-oriented, with good knowledge of modern marketing
- Good interpersonal communication skills with outgoing personality
- Be willing to travel frequently in China or in Europe
- Be able to work independently
