Major Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for communication and coordination between German headquarters and Chinese partners

- Manage the warehouse in Shanghai

- Organize and control the deliveries to China and to other Asian countries

- Support marketing activities of the existing sales organization in order to enhance brand awareness and strengthening its sales network

- Trouble-shooting, deal with customer claims

- Transfer sales- and product know-how

- Gather market intelligence

- Help in structuring a market strategy for Asia and its surrounding areas



Basic Requirements:

- Age 27-39, based in Shanghai, Bachelor degree in mechanical, industrial engineering or related discipline, with good knowledge of modern business management

- Minimum 5 years' experience as sales or technical marketing in international companies (preferably in the cutting industry)

- Good interpersonal communication skills with outgoing personality

- Proven experience of distributor selection and management

- Analytic, work systematically

- Good command of oral/written English and/or German

- Willing to travel frequently in China or Asia

- Good command of computer operational skills, e.g. MS Office
