职位描述
Reporting Manager:Sr.ID/Team Leader
Position Description:Primary duties include supporting daily ID project activities and creating final projects for client deliverables.
Essential Functions:
Develop presentation drawings
Select Fabrics for presentations and re selections
Research and select furniture and lighting cut/tear sheets
Develop material boards for presentations
Draw and develop preliminary space plans
Create visual aids for clients
Work with outside vendors on pricing for project budget
Prepare and organize cut sheets and quotes book for specification writing
Write FF&E specifications for projects
Perform other duties as required by management
Minimum Job Requirement:
Requires 4-6 years knowledge of design principles and the ability to interpret design concepts and layouts
Requires an Associate's degree in area of specialty
4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area-3 years must be hospitality specific
Advanced knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within industry
4-6 years Auto CAD experience
4-6 years Photo Shop experience
Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Requires 25% travel, including over night and extended stay
Working Conditions:
Requires extensive use of eyes viewing computer screens and drawings
Some exposure to loud noise
Requires ability to lift of up to 15lbs
Requires walking, bending, sitting, standing reaching and climbing
Some exposure to climate change
Requires use of hands
Mastery of following Skill Set:
Organize the project files in DMU structure
Attend presentation to client
Take and prepare meeting notes
Compile a cut sheets and quotes book
Prepare presentation boards
Request quotes for specification information
Write FF&E specifications
Render Floor Plans in Photoshop
Coordinate renderings
Estimating preliminary FF&E budget
Estimate yardage requirements
Redline floor plans for correct scale and layout
Prepare finish schedule for CD's
Participate in FF&E installation
Render floor plans and elevations for presentation quality in Photoshop
Attend a model room review
Participate in room matrix exercise
Present internal concept presentation to principals
Must be able to close-out project per DMU standards
Make client presentation
Day to day client contact
Conduct a model room review
Respond to RFI's from contractor
Co ordinate with outside consultants
Travel to job site for review
Monitor finish schedule for CD's
Direct Room Matrix
Redline and approve shop drawings
Approve CFA's
Consistently meet project deadlines
