1 - Siebel offshore team Lead
2 to 3 years of experience in leading a development \ Level 3 Support team in an onsite/offshore delivery model
Extensive Siebel development experience so as to perform code reviews and to ensure that each build meets quality standards
Actively engage with the onsite team in coordinating deliveries, UAT Sign-offs, deployments, and post release support
Assist onsite PM with project Management tasks including project documentations, SME level advises, LOEs for new project intake, build POCs, prepare presentation materials, walkthroughs, Production Support Summaries, and escalations
Must have excellent communication skills

Education: MS in Computer Science, MCA, or Equivalent
Experience: 5 to 7 years of hands-on Siebel development experience


1 - Siebel Configuration Developer
Extensive Siebel Tools Configuration and Scripting experience using Siebel eScript
Siebel UI design expertise including ability to perform template changes, CSS, and JS files
Good understanding of Siebel Server Architecture
Prior Experience in Siebel performance optimization
Mid level SQL programming skills
Prior Experience with Java Script or VB/.net a plus

Education: BS in Computer Science, MCA, or Equivalent
Experience: 4 to 5 years of hands-on Siebel development experience


1 - Siebel Application Integration Specialist
Extensive Siebel Tools Configuration and Scripting Experience
Integration experience including Siebel Workflows, usage of Siebel built-in Integration Adaptors, SOAP, WSDL, XSD generation, Integration Objects, Web
Services, Siebel Business Services, and VBC
Siebel EAI, SAI, ASI Frame work, REST-ful API
Prior Experience in building interfaces to render Siebel content in Flex or Silverlight is a plus
ETL, Middleware, experience preferred
Siebel Client Side Interfaces using Macros, COM, or Outlook VBA preferred

Education: BS in Computer Science, MCA, or Equivalent
Experience: 4 to 5 years of hands-on Siebel development experience


2 - Siebel Data Integration Specialist
Siebel Data Model and extensive experience with data loads using Siebel EIM
Expertise in Data mapping, Data staging, and Data scrubbing using SSIS or ETL tools
SQL / PL SQL Programming
SQL Tuning
OBIEE Repository Maintenance and BI Publisher Reports

Education: BS in Computer Science, MCA, or Equivalent
Experience: 4 to 5 years of hands-on Siebel development experience
