Sales Manager – E&V Industry

销售部经理-E&V

Rotarex is industry leader in valve technology for E&V (Equipments &Valves) industry and is currently seeking a Sales Manager for its E&V division in China

Location:

Shanghai Nanhui Industry Zone - Shuttle bus available

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1、Report to the General Manger;

向总经理报告销售工作情况；

2、Develop new marketing, classify clients and make grade management;

市场开发，客户分类及等级管理；

3、Make sales planning according to marketing、production capability; Establish products price system;

根据市场、生产能力制定并且完成销售计划；产品价格体系建立；

4、Examine and approve sales contracts;

销售合同审批

5、Examine and approve purchase request for sales department;

销售部的采购申请单审批；

6、Examine and approve sample invoice and loan documents;

所有样品发货单，借出单签字确认；

7、Examine and approve departmental administration cost and related expense;

部门内部行政开支及相关费用的审批；

8、Control departmental budget;( including business trip、entertain、make sample book、exhibition and so on );

部门内部预算控制；（包括差旅、招待、样本制作、展览会等）

9、Sales Engineers management (regional division、products classification);

销售工程师管理；（区域划分、产品类别等）

10、Training Sales Engineers;

销售工程师产品、销售技巧培训；

11、Control and support the operation of SAP system;

支持SAP系统操作；

12、Manage and support the operation of ISO quality management system;

支持ISO质量管理体系运作；

13、Enhance departmental and between departments team building, share resources;

协调内部销售人员团队合作，资源共享；协调跨部门合作事宜；

14、Evaluate and encourage departmental employees according to their working performances;

评价、激励部门内部员工的工作表现；

15、Complete monthly working report ;

完成月度工作报告。

REQUIREMENTS:

1、Bachelor degree in industry field

2、+5 years experience on sales for relevant products with extensive relationships networking in the UHP industry

3、Professional attitude and good project sales skill

4、Fluent English language speaking

5、High efficiency and good teamwork player

6、Good leadership capability

7、Adapt to regular travel throughout China

8、Honest, loyal, sincerely and competent
