Requirements :
- Bachelor degree backgrounds with a plus in marketing, communication, event management and Art
- Excellent leadership and challenging personnality
- Punctual, organized and able to work under pressure
- Have a good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Good communication skills and professional writing
- Proficient in MS Office (word, powerpoint, excel) and in making research on the Internet
- Applicant can be Chinese or Western who must speak fluent Chinese and English. French is a plus.
- Interest in Art, fashion, cosmetics and luxury
Your responsabilities would be to :
- Manage and coordinate with the artistic director and the production team the conception and production of events
- Insure suppliers relationship, contribute to the gathering of information and quotations from suppliers
- Apply and facilitate project management process, improve them and formalize them if needed.
- Participate to the agency pitches and insure the building and writing of prospect recommandations
- Prepare client quotations and insure financial follow up with client.
- Make reporting of your actions and prepare financial status of events you were in charge of to the agency management
