Our client is a leading mobile game / app development company seeking an experienced Strategic Business Analyst to support corporate and business development efforts for the company’s continued growth and expansion in China and global. This position is based in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Los Angeles (USA).

The Strategic Business Analyst is principally responsible for supporting Strategic Business Director in company's mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and strategic partnership activities. To accomplish the task, the Business Analyst works and communicates closely with internal cross-functional teams (including Finance, Technology, Operation and etc.) and external professional service teams (including Advisory, Auditing, Tax, Legal and etc.) to understand, implement and facilitate different strategic projects/transactions.
战略经营分析助理将主要负责协助战略经营总监支持公司的兼并与收购、资本投资以及和战略合作相关活动。为完成上述目标，战略经营分析师将与内部跨职能团队（包括财务、技术、运营等多部门）以及外部专业服务团队（包括顾问、审计、税务、法律等机构）紧密配合工作与沟通，以了解、实施和促进不同的战略项目/交易。

RESPONSIBILITIES /具体职责:

？ Keep up to date with developments in mobile game industry, including competitor movements, consumer trends, and general marketplace conditions that impact company performance and industry landscape.
实施追踪与更新移动游戏产业的最新发展，包括竞争对手动向、消费用户趋势、与整体市场条件等 可影响公司业绩及行业格局的各项行业动态。
？ Conduct detailed competitive, market trend, economic and financial analysis through desk research、information gathering and data processing.
通过案头研究、信息搜集及处理进行详细的行业趋势研究如竞争分析与市场趋势，以及经济与财务 分析。
？ Support the Director to develop multiple financial models based on monthly financial statements to continuously analyze operating financial results, assist in the development of long-range financial plans, and provide quantitative basis for feasibility study related to new product development, new opportunities, capital investments, acquisition / joint venture opportunities, and cost and benefits analysis.
协助战略经营总监通过月度财务数据建立多种财务模型，持续分析经营财务表现、协助长期财务计划开发、并为新产品开发、新商业合作机会、资本投资、并购/合资机会相关的可行性分析与盈利预测分析提供财务量化研究支持。
？ Work with different departments to develop required bilingual documents including internal/investor presentations and reports, financial models for historical /forecast information as well as company recommendations and strategic plans to various company audience including board, potential investors, strategic partners, and others.
与不同部门合作准备与编写面向公司董事会、潜在投资者、战略合作伙伴等多方必须的双语文件，包括内部/投资者陈述报告、基于历史信息与未来预测的财务模型以及公司发展提议及战略规划。
？ Support due diligence and coordinate communications between the company and related parties, including assisting in all bilingual communications and document process with potential targets or investors, business and strategic partners, third-party professional services, and others.
配合及支持尽职调查工作并协调公司内部与其他相关方的所有沟通，包括协助完成潜在收购/投资目标或投资方、商业及战略合作伙伴、第三方专业服务机构等各方的双语沟通及文书工作。

BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE/岗位要求：

？ 4+ years experience of the following: financial analysis, market analysis, strategy analysis, client management, and project management
     4年以上从事财务分析、市场研究、战略分析、客户及项目管理相关经验
？ Investment banking and/or management consulting experience with focus on mobile game industry highly preferred
     具备投资银行或管理咨询公司移动游戏行业背景工作经验者优先
？ Experience developing detailed analysis, presentations and support materials to successfully implement projects, strategy and/or change initiatives
在成功实施项目、战略和/或调整计划方面执行经验丰富，可熟练制定详细的分析、演示及相关支持材料
？ Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated relationship management skills at peer and management levels.
     较强的人际交往能力，以及与同事及团队对接的人际管理能力
？ Strategic thinker and problem solver
     善于战略性思维与解决问题
？ Collaborative style, with the ability to work in bilingual environment and manage relationships across global teams and with external advisors and constituents
