职位描述：
Responsibility:
1.Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business objectives and fulfill leadership recruiting demand.
2.Define and set the strategy for meeting the leadership recruiting demand for a large, complex part of the organization in coordination with Recruiting leadership and ensure that it is in line with the company's business strategy.
3.Participate in creating and refining the recruiting plan.
4.Lead recruiting team to finish daily recruitment task and can close high level positions independently.
5.Lead campus recruiting campaign.
6.Report on status and effectiveness of leadership recruitment progress.
7.Oversee recruitment cost and budget management.
8.Responsible for Channel/Source Management.
9.Responsible for and management related recruitment data and report into Taleo system.
10.Work with APAC L&D on learning related programs.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above.
2.At least 7 years’ proven successful experience in recruitment and talent acquisition field in IT & Management consulting industry, multinational company experience is preferred.
3.Strong understanding of recruiting/sourcing market industry skills, systems and tools.
4.Strong interviewing skills and offer negotiation skill.
5.Strong leadership and management skill.
6.Excellence in Excel/PPT skill is a must.
7.Good interpersonal and communication skills, can communicate effectively with all levels of people.
8.Straight forward and honest, hands-on and down-to-earth.
9.Eager to learn and grow, hard-working with proactive working style.
