职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Perform activities associated with selling, stocking, and ordering in sales operation;
2. Assists domestic customers in locating merchandise and answering a variety questions concerning general merchandise, assists in quotation and ordering;
3. Check sample inventory listing with actual inventory in office and report discrepancies to manager, update sample stock list weekly;
4. Assists promotional and clearance activities and keep customer updated regularly;
5. AR following up and do reconciliation with customers.
6. Provide assistance to marketing issues in the areas of catalogs, leaflets and other literatures .Provide assistance to trade show, events.
7. Provide assistance in delivery notice to customers and collecting outbound records for invoices.

Requirements:

Graduated (1 year work experience preferred but not necessary);
Excellent command of English, written and oral;
Familiar with Ms office, PPT/photoshop;
Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-growing company
The right candidate should have technical background or strong interest;
Sales minded, self-confident;
