职位描述：
Reporting to Senior Accounting Manager, Kjeldsens Campbell (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd. (stationed in Shanghai), this position serve as the Accounts Payable Accountant for the Campbell’s business in China, being part of the Greater China Finance team and responsible for the overall AP related transactions processing.

Accountabilities
? Responsible for accounts payable including foreign payment and domestic payment. Check supporting documents, verify payment request and perform AP booking. Ensure all payments are processed in compliance with company policies.
? Take charge of staff reimbursement verification. Ensure all staff reimbursement is performed in compliance with T&E policy. Provide finance(T&E) training to colleague to enhance internal control.
? Submit payment request in E-Banking. Collaborate with bank contacts to follow outstanding issues.
? Month end closing: Responsible for month end AP sub-ledger book close, provide AP reports to GL accountant for accrual preparation, support finance manager finish closing smoothly.
? Prepare AP balance & aging report to support the Balance Sheet Review, resolve outstanding issue related AP sub-ledger.
? VAT invoice management & documents filing: Finish VAT invoice verification timely & responsible for documents filing.
? Support annual statutory audit.
? Ad-hoc task assigned by senior finance manager.
The incumbent
? Qualified accountant with one of the major institutes.
? Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or a competent discipline
? Understand US GAAP and IFRS.
? Good communication skills are essential.
? 2 Years + experiences in related fields, preferably FMCG.
? Skillful spreadsheet handlers capable of linking different data sets for management decision purposes.
? Definite team player, with discipline and yet innovative ideas, for the betterment of the organization as a whole.
? Willingness to take new challenges.
? Ability to work through changes.
? Ability to work under pressure and yet delivering quality results.
