Description: Project Assistant

Job Purpose: Supports company operations by implementing and maintaining office administrative systems and supporting sales and project functions.


Project Assistant Job Duties:

-Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
-A large proportion of work is supporting Sales/Project Manager; generating sales list, product sourcing, supporting on-site project execution.
-Create an effective historical filing procedure that is understandable to all, including first-time users.
-Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
-Really owning the position, ensuring that you take charge of the office administrative work.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Our Expectations
-1-3 years work experience in office administration
-Competent with all MS office packages
-Both English and Mandarin competency required
-Looking to grow with a company.
-The individual must be looking to develop with The Floral Designers, not just taking on a temporary role.
-Has a strong interest in events and creative projects as we are looking for people that will become as passionate as we are about the job in hand.
