职位描述：
Main Purpose of the Job:

This position works for China region purchasing team, focus on Direct Purchasing in the region, including current seven plants and AMS. Do contract integration and strategic sourcing for the region, synergy material and/or tools among plants.

Main Responsibilities

? Follow the purchasing policy and the purchasing strategy for China region
? Make strategic sourcing for China Region, including material and tools, support local plants on cost effectiveness.
? Build relationship with supplier and build long term contract with supplier on the terms benefit. Negotiate purchasing terms with supplier, set up reliable contract.
? Manage supplier performance to deliver good service for China Region and ALPLA group.
? Cooperate with regional plants, integrate requirements for Direct Material. Consolidate sources on material and tools, find out saving benefit for the region.
? Understand raw material market, investigate the material market and give suggestion to regional business team on market price trend.
? Optimizes the purchasing process across regional departments, support other departments on purchasing effectively.
? Follow company global strategy and support other region or country on China source and China supply.
? Work closely with technics and give fully support on sourcing and cost effective purpose, consolidate material grades or tools grades to build cost reduction in the region.
? Other tasks assigned by supervisor.


Education/Experience:
? Bachelor Degree is must, major in international trading or equivalent chemist or engineer, etc.
? 10+ years purchasing experience is necessary. ( Commodity purchasing experience is preferred)


Qualifications/Skills:
? Excellent computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
? Fluent spoken and written in English
? Familiar with purchasing knowledge and process
? Professional communication among multi-functions
? High team spirit on team work
