职位描述：
Title: Merchandising Manager (Garden Power Tools &Seasonal Electrical)
Report to: Head of Division

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
？ - Responsible for respective sourcing management of Garden Power tools and Electrical categories, including organization of project, product development, communicate with line manager in Germany, and customer claim settlement, etc. leading team to achieve company targets.
？ - Responsible for supplier management, including search of new suppliers, comparison, evaluation of current suppliers, monitor and control of suppliers etc.
？ - Responsible for daily business control of the team, including monitor and approval of sourcing activities, monitor of order follow up status, buying trips as well as checking sourcing documentation, etc.
？ - Responsible for team member management, monitor and coach subordinates to improve their capability, provide on-job business training to improve performance etc.
？ - Support Head of Department on business reporting, management suggestion and other reports required by department head etc.

REQUIREMENTS
？ - Bachelor degree or above in relative areas;
？ - 8+ years sourcing experience and over 3 years leader of merchandising team;
？ - Good knowledge of the DIY product at European standards;
？ - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, sense of market, and detail orientation;
？ - Strong problem solving and good leadership;
？ - Willing to travel within China or overseas as business needed;
？ - Willing to work under pressure and motivate a team;
