职位描述：
Job Function:
CAD/UGNX Design Leader will help designer to create 3D CAD models for Automotive Interior Trim components, and also need check designer’s work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design group, Interpret direction from Design Manger/Product Engineers and create 3D CAD models with help from Design Manager.
2. Propose solutions to Engineering on manufacturing issues, direction given.
3. Write reports; prepare PowerPoint presentations showing the results of their work with help from Design Manager.
4. Present issues and potential solutions at internal and customer design reviews.
5. Works directly with engineers and manufacturing plants to address and resolve Technical issues and concerns as they arise with Design Leader.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Required):
1. Bachelor degree (Engineering or CAD Design) or relevant experience required
2. Experience in automotive interior design
3. Experience creating 3D models in UGNX or CATIA V5
4. Knowledge of PC Programs-Word, Excel, Power Point, will train.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Desired):
1. Familiar with automotive plastics design and manufacturing.
2. Functional verbal and written skills in English are desired.

CAD/UGNX设计主管
1. 指导设计师创建汽车内饰件三维模型, 并检查设计师的工作. 带领设计团队,经设计经理的指导，建立三维模型，符合设计经理和产品工程师的要求
2. 提供一些工程问题的解决方案
3. 向设计经理汇报每天的工作情况
4. 在工作中遇到的问题，提共可供解决的方案
5. 同产品工程师协同工作，解决生产中可能碰到的问题

熟悉汽车塑料件设计的优先
本科学历，有相关的工作经历
汽车内饰件设计工作经历

会使用UGNX或者CATIA V5
良好的PC使用技能
具有良好的英语听，说，写
