岗位描述：出纳兼行政
1、 负责出纳业务：并临时可代理会计工作
1.1 现金收支管理、员工日常报销单据的整理、审核和报销；
1.2 银行存款收支管理、操作网银系统；
1.3 及时登记现金和银行日记帐、与银行核对存款余额；
1.4 负责购买发票，开具发票及增值税发票认证；
1.5 出口退税现场提交资料；
1.6 协助处理其他财务相关事务；
2、 负责行政方面事务：
2.1 负责招聘工作，应聘人员的预约，接待及面试；
2.2 负责公司内部档案及员工年休假的管理；
2.3 负责公司办公用品及耗材、日常消耗品的采购及其他事项预订；
2.4 负责联系维修办公设备，保持办公区域环境整洁，维护公司日常办公秩序；
2.5 接待来访客户供应商，及德国总部来沪期间的一切事务。
2.6 做好会议记录；
2.7其他领导交办的工作；

岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，英语听说读写流利，可与老外直接交流；
2、熟练使用office办公软件；
3、有3-5年出纳工作经验，有外企工作经验者优先；

5、做事认真、仔细、踏实、有较强的责任心和团队意识。
