职位描述：
? Take full responsibility from the time the order is received until the order has been shipped
? Follow up orders with customers, vendors, foreign trade agency and freight forwarder, to ensure a qualified order process and on-time delivery
? Maintain the Sales Order, Purchase Order, Shipping Record and New Product & Pricing in QAD System
? Be responsible for order tracking and sales reporting
? Be responsible for monthly / annual sales, purchase & AR collection forecast
? SO/PO placement, complete monthly reconciliation with vendors and customers
? Be responsible for recording feedbacks, complains from customers and forward to related departments, and help solve the problem
? Arrange invoice issuing, assist in AR & delivery notes collection
? Provide monthly inventory counts report, and tracking on safety stock buildup

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above, 3+ years’ related experience in foreign enterprise;
? Attentive to details, with a strong sense of responsibility
? Good communication skills
? Fluent in both English and Chinese
? Good command of MS Office
? Be able to work under pressure. Can take initiative at work.
