Position Objective: ？
To help boost business efficiency through advanced analytics skill

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide strong data support to help front-line sales force easierly and better target right customers.
- Utilize business and analytical skills to provide business intelligence and decision support to implement.
- Monitor digital platform running status and ensure its normal operation (e.g APP/WeChat/PC)
- Deliver campaign performance tracking by utilizing strong programming skill like SQL.
- Conduct business data analysis to support various agency campaign
- Provide post-campaign analysis on success rate and leads utilization.
- Involve in the design/test for business tool development, especially in system backend

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s (or above) degree in quantitative fields required, such as Computer Science or related fields
- 2+ years strong SQL and extensive Database experience is a must, with thorough understanding of relational database, e.g Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Store Procedure experience is a plus
- Excel guru in pivot table, macros, vlookup etc.
- 3+ years data analysis experience
- Have the knowledge of Struts, Spring, Hibernate infrastructure
- Attentive to details, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 举报 分享
